Why Should I Participate in a Clinical Research Trial?
By participating in a research study, you will help provide information to researchers
about investigational treatments that may help your condition. As part of a study,
you will receive study-related medical care for your condition. Compensation for
time and travel are also provided.

a recruitment notice referring to one of MHNI's headache studies. If you are interested

Recruitment Notice Example:
MHNI is conducting a research study for migraine. Participants must be at least
12 years old and suffer at least 2 headaches per month. Study-related medical care
and compensation for time and travel are provided.
Other Resources for Research Participants
The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) is a first-of-its-kind
nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and informing the public, patients, medical/research communities,
the media, and policy makers about clinical research.
CISCRP is not involved in recruiting patients for clinical trials nor is it involved in conducting clinical trials.
